    Here’s an example of a menu that I had worked up.  The calories are approximate in some instances, depending on brands used (i.e., of pita bread, etc.)

    Breakfast: (Total – 370 cal.)
    1-1/2 cups Cheerios  (150 cal.)
    3/4 cup Skim Milk     (100 cal.)
    Coffee, with Skim Milk and Equal  (10 cal.)
    1 cup Orange Juice (110 cal.)

    Snack:
    Yogurt (150 cal.)

    Lunch: (Total – 450 cal.)
    Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash (350 cal.) (most are less than 300 cal cheap viagra pills uk.).
    Salad (100 cal.)

    Snack:
    Slim Fast Snack Bar (120 cal.)

    Dinner: (Total – 320 cal.)
    2 oz. Boarshead Ovengold Turkey (60 cal.)
    1 Slice Boarshead Muenster Cheese (80 cal.)
    1 Pita (160 cal.)
    Lettuce (10 cal.)
    Tomato (10 cal.)

    Snack:
    1 cup strawberries (55 cal.) or 1 cup melon (60 cal.)

    All the above is LESS than 1,500 calories!
